I was really excited to try this out with my LDR partner. However I go a defective piece since the toy wouldn’t start. I was bummed out, I called the customer service and told them about this issue and they replaced the toy within a few days. So the customer service is awesome and so is this toy.

The fact it is wireless and can be controlled by an app by my man who is on the other side of the earth is so fun to use we’ve had some great times with him controlling the remote on his phone. I only wish there was a cup thingy toy for men which could be app controlled as well
